Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Areas
Pixlumvue currently ships only within the United States (all 50 states, plus APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Origins
All routers, mesh systems, security cameras, and accessories are stocked in and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers. No cross-border fulfillment is involved, so delivery is fast and duty-free.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Ground (free): 5–8 business days total (1–2 days processing + 3–6 days transit).

Expedited: 3–4 business days total.

Overnight / 2-Day: 1–2 business days total.
Orders placed before 1 p.m. (EST) on business days are processed the same day; otherwise next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
4. Shipping Fees

Standard Ground is FREE on every order, no minimum.

Expedited / 2-Day / Overnight rates are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

Promotional free shipping applies automatically; no code needed.
5. Duties & Taxes
All prices and shipping costs already include any applicable sales tax for your state. No additional duties, customs, or brokerage fees will be charged.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Carriers validate every address at label creation. If the address is incomplete or invalid we will email you for correction.

If we receive an updated address before dispatch, we’ll re-label and ship.

If we cannot reach you or the item is returned to us, we will cancel and refund the order.
Reshipment requests after delivery failure may incur the actual carrier fee.
7. Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking link. You can also log into your Pixlumvue account to view real-time status and estimated delivery window.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We insure every shipment.

Visibly damaged box: refuse delivery or photograph the damage and contact us within 24 h.

Tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have it: first check household members, building office, or safe-drop areas; then file a claim with the carrier and email us the reference number.
Once we confirm loss or damage we will, at your choice, replace the product free of charge or issue a full refund.
9. Delivery Refusal / Unclaimed Packages
Refused or unclaimed returns are restocked and you will receive a full product refund minus any return-shipping fee charged to Pixlumvue by the carrier.
